Why do we see a low turnout during Elections? 

1. Is it because people do not understand how Elections work? 
2. Is it because they feel that it is a waste of time because their vote will not count?

We think that schools should teach our children from an early age.  How Federal Elections, Provincial Elections, and Municpal Elections work.

 Windsor West Electoral Voting District

To put the voter turnout in context, this was during Covid.

1. We had 92,207 eligible voters
2. Of those only 48,693 people showed up
3. And 504 had rejected ballots.  Why?   I have witnessed counting votes where people will come and put a big X on every name and pop it into the box
4. ONLY 53.4% of Windsor Voted?

How do we get better representation if voters do not come out and VOTE?

Windsor Tecumseh Lakeshore Electoral Voting District

The other Electoral Voting District is Windsor Tecumseh Lakeshore.  It was called Windsor Tecumseh.  The 2025 election will be the first election that the new territory is included.

Looking at these stats, it appears that the percentage of voters are higher in Windsor Tecumseh Lakeshore. 

1. Total eligible voters is 94,424
2. Total that voted 56,977
3. Total rejected ballots 500

Windsor Tecumseh Lakeshore Candidate:

As of January 2025 we know that there have been up to 8 applicants who have applied to be the next Conservative Candidate.  The first process is a nomination night which will be announced by the EDA (Electoral District Association.

According to the latest polls for the 2025 Federal Election, if everyone in Windsor Tecumseh Lakeshore gets out to vote,  there could be a landslide Victory for the Conservative party
